To understand our reasons, you need to know our background. We came from very different backgrounds before we met and married. Joe and his family owned a company called Brookdale Beverage Company. If you're from New Jersey, most of you grew up with Brookdale Soda and have your favorite "Brookdale Story". I came from many years in the cosmetics industry, then Essex County government and together we owned and operated a retail establishment. When everything was sold, we knew we were too young to retire. We felt that our many, many years of management, customer service, operations, sales, union negotiator, etc. gave us the tools,qualities and skills that go into being excellent real estate professionals. Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, are the hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience as real estate professionals, we've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business.
